I ordered a birthday gift because it was unique and the shipping arrival date gave me plenty of time before the birthday - but when I tracked it, it was 4 days beyond the date the site gave me. I requested a refund of the postage which prompted a customer service person to call me. She was pleasant enough and explained that they have 2 days to process the order - so beware they will take the full 48 hours to process your order - so the delivery date is not something to expect. I purchased four native american drums and put them away for storage, when I went to play them three months later, they were all warped with the rawhide skin being sunken in so I cannot play the drums. The drums are deformed. I live in a humid and moist climate in BC Canada, it does not say anywhere on the site to be aware that these things can happen with the drums in these types of environments. The company refused to give me a refund, their return policy is only seven days. I wouldn't buy drums from them again. ...read more
