We had a great experience with The Baby Shoppe. We wanted a special set of furniture we saw in Houston, but that store could not get it for 6 months! The Baby Shoppe got it for us in two and set it up at no charge! A lot of people don't know how long other stores take for certain things and should realize we have it better than other areas. A friend ordered her things from another store in San Antonio and it took 8 months to get her things. So I'd say The Baby Shoppe is doing their best! Will keep shopping there! ...read more

Let me tell you one thing, whatever they sell other stores or the internet have it too so dont bother buying from them. First of all, they have very strict return policies but they dont tell you of course because they don't want to loose money and it is only after you purchased the items when you find out.Snicky,snicky... When it comes furniture, stollers or high chairs they don't have them on stock so they have to order them which was our case IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO GET IT!!!!!!! It was very inconvinient for me to start feeding solids to my 5 month baby. The owner did not bother to call us to apologize or keep us updated with our purchase. THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL AND WE DID NOT GET THE RESPECT THAT A CUSTOMER DESERVES. ...read more
