Having so many other choices in banking, just stay away from this location. I deposited $500 dollars, they lost the deposit and didn't credit it. I went in the next day and there was over a three hour wait. We waited for an hour and I told them that I needed to get back to work and their response was that "come back later" or keep waiting I asked if I could take care of it in another branch or by customer service and she told me that it had to be done at that branch. After another half an hour I asked to speak to a manager and I got a loan officer by the name of Maribel Hernandez and she told me to give her the receipt and she would investigate it and give me a call back. At around 3:00 in the afternoon I talked to them and they said they would get it fixed by the time they closed or by the morning. Morning came and I called and called and no answer. Afternoon came and still no answer. By this time I have seven bounced items and counting. I deposited again to cover the expenses but with all the insufficient funds fees it barely covered those. I called customer service and they managed to get me through to the bank only to get told that the person taking care of it wasn't in and someone would get back to me. At this point its been three days since the deposit, a couple of hours in the office, ten bounced items, havent been able to access any of my money and I still havent been able to get it resolved. I don't think its only me, the rest of the people waiting were also frustrated by the wait. They had been there before me and they still had a couple of hours of waiting to go. The manager definately needs to give better customer service and make sure that when its their mistake they make some sort of effort to fix it instead of making you wait forever in line and treat you like their doing you a favor. I have been a customer of Mike Halpin for years and you will never find a better Agent this side of the Border and in the State of Texas!!! \t\n\t\nMike and his employees give 110% for all of their customers and treat them with the utmost respect, as well as remembering them by name when you call or go to the office. \t\n\t\nI consider him and his staff to be #1 as he does with all of his customers because he puts our needs first always!!
