Being the only place in El Paso to order your caps and gowns, please be careful, yes, if you order from a different company than what the schools advice (Herff Jones is Sun City Grad Serv here). I payed in full and ordered my packet, didn't receive it until four months later. Two games were played the blame game-schools fault and the school blames the company). Okay so can't get photos now on time and now mailing invites to relative out of town that can't make it because the flights are too expensive now. NOW THE "SEE STUPID WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD GAME" continues..called and they said they had extra invites 10 for $20.00-lady left and went to the back- comes back with the invites and pulls out a invoice and says-that will be $32.00-excuse me? I was told twice on the phone $20.00, she said extra $12.50 for shipping and handling-I told her what do you mean? Your charging me $12.50 for handing them over from my hand to yours-BUYERS BEWARE!
