This place is absolutely horrible! They have inaccurate information and atrocious customer service. The "manager" is completely incompetent and refuses to let you speak to anyone who might actually be able to help. I am so sorry if you have to deal with this place. Especially under false pretenses like myself who does not actually have an account in collections with them. ...read more
