First and last time I deal with this man. First impression of Mr. Evans is that he is rude and doesn't like to negotiate. As we walk in the home for an Estate Sale on a Sunday he starts by saying he is not like other auctioneers and he is not giving 50% off on Sundays. I gathered items to bundle a sum amount and he gave us a high amount where I countered and he threw my items to the floor and said no! I left everything there and walked out. On a Sunday sale he won't be selling all leftover items. Later to find out from friends he forms the customers outside and allows 5 in at a time. Everyone's impression if this man is that he is rude DO NOT HIRE HIM! Or attend his auctions he has no business without customers (I don't think he realizes this) ...read more

he make a absolute no minimum auctions and then he put reserves in everything,I attend to a Auction and this guy wants to start all the items at 25.00 or 50.00 if you don't agree or want to start at 10 he say No I have a customer that wants that item and pays more but of course the ? customer is not there to bid and then if you want to bid in something sometimes tell you sorry but no since i have a customer already for that,but the worse is that you find out later that he has all that merchandise in his place for sale or the state sales that he does or he sells the merchandise to his friends for ridiculous amounts like 1.00 or 5.00,this guy should be investigated and have his license revoked since is bad name for auctioneers,I have attend auctions all over the country and never seen this type of auctioneers,be careful and don't give your auctions to this guy,doesn't matter if is bankruptcy court or any other type of auction. ...read more
