I ordered a birthday gift because it was unique and the shipping arrival date gave me plenty of time before the birthday - but when I tracked it, it was 4 days beyond the date the site gave me. I requested a refund of the postage which prompted a customer service person to call me. She was pleasant enough and explained that they have 2 days to process the order - so beware they will take the full 48 hours to process your order - so the delivery date is not something to expect. I received my husbands college ring and it is magnificent. Gorgeous beyond words. He could not afford a ring back then nor did he go to his cap and gown ceremony. So...we had one for him celebrating 21 years after graduation. I presented him with his college shirt and his ring along with cap, gown, and the 1992 tassle. He was moved beyond tears.
