I recently had to get some flame resistant work clothes for my husband. Having never before purchased, much less heard of flame resistant clothing, I was at a loss when I walked into Boot Barn. The sheer size of the selection alone was overwhelming. I was quickly approached by an adorable, friendly girl who introduced herself as Misty. \t\nWhen I explained that it was my first time in the store, she took her time explaining all of the differences in each brand and style to me. Misty's easy smile and vast knowledge quickly made me much more comfortable. She expertly guided me to the best purchases for my husband's needs. She also suggested an easier way for me to purchase the clothing in the future so I wouldn't have to drive 90 minutes to the store.\t\nIt was well worth the drive for that level of customer service, high quality, and low prices.
