In my humble opinion, this is the best water softener outfit in Wise County. I've tried just about everybody in Wise and Montague County and have often been extremely frustrated with the service (or lack of it) that I received. Jim is pleasant, professional, dependable, honest, and straight forward. He will explain to you what the problem is and what it's going to take to fix it. Once it's fixed -- it's FIXED. None of this coming back three and four times to fix "the fix". He won't try to sell you something you don't need. We put in our own potassium, but like to have the unit checked once a month for any problems. I am very particular and some (under their breath) would call me "hard to please". Jim has never failed to meet or exceed my expectations. Don't be afraid to give him a try, I think you will be very happy with the results. ...read more
