At first they are so nice and treat you like family, but once you start signing the paperwork and realize the EXTREMELY high rates they charge, it all starts to go downhill. They wouldn't take my automatic bill pay bank check for payment, their Mickey Mouse website wouldn't give me the correct amout to pay or allow me to change the payment amount. When I decided to call in the payment they wanted to charge me a processing charge to take my money and on my 4th attempt to pay at the store and pick up my check payment they refused to take, they wanted me to pay a late fee which I refused. \t\n\t\nMy suggestion is to stay as far away from them as possible.
