Had my daughter 15 party, Santos was hired for the video. This was back in September and we still have not received our video and pictures from him. I have called him text him and even email him and no answer instead he has blocked my number. Please let me know if any one is or has had the same problem with him. I will be seeking legal action against him and this studio. ...read more

I was contacted to do some freelance proofreading work for them in January 2002. I invoiced them for $247.50. Months went by without payment. I moved locations, so sent them a reminder invoice and my new address. I called them in September 2002 to remind them to pay me. They said they sent my check. I asked if they sent it to the new address I sent them. They sent it to the old address (months after the original invoice was issued). The post office did not forward the check. I told them I sent them a new address to send the check to. They said they would issue a stop payment on the check I did not receive, but would deduct the fee from my check! IF YOU TAKE SO LONG TO PAY AN INVOICE THAT I MOVE LOCATIONS AND SEND YOU THE NEW ADDRESS IN THE MEANTIME, YOU SHOULD NOT CHARGE ME FOR YOUR MISTAKE AND LATENESS!
