Absolutely awful. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone unless you like to be charged late fees for paying your rent on time. I've had issues with this apartment complex since day 1 (broken heater, dirty apartment, no mailbox key, unable to get into the parking lot because my clicker wasn't programmed, broken dishwasher) and cannot wait until my lease is up. There have been burglaries, issues with the "gates," and the office staff are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Don't expect much if you decide to sign a lease here. If you are looking to move in here don't do it you'll regret it . Everything on the website is not true. The staff is rude, whenever you have a problem with your apartment and let them know so that they can fix it they never do, and if they do it takes them almost 5 months just to go check what the problem is. Is a noisy place, the kids run around slaming everything and are always writing on the walls and if you tell the office they tell you that there is nothing they can do about it. There is never a parking spot for the residence, the people from the apartments from around come and park here and the people that actually leave and pay rent here have to park outside. ...read more

Formerly known as Investors Realty Texas. It makes sense to me that they had to change their name and only focus on the d/fw metroplex. They probably lost all of their other clientele. I would never utilize this company as a homeowner. The communication is horrid. Brandon handles all of the maintenance requests and would be out of a job if the company wasn't "family" owned and operated. It is completely unexceptable for a maintenance request to be submitted in May and not addressed until June. I don't have time to take out of my day to call and check status of issues with my property and neither does Brandon. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. ...read more
