My next door neighbor bought a 2800 square foot house for $1,150,000 six months ago. I am adding on to my house to bring it to 2800 square feet. Warren did my appraisal. Zapffe's appraisal came in at $850,000. $300,000 less than my next door neighbor is beyond egregious. They also ignored another comp on my block. Instead they used comps several streets over and many blocks away. It is hard to understand their logic and reasoning.
