Their customer service and Tech support is the worst ever encountered. In running a salon when your system goes down you can't earn income yet when you call in for customer service and tech support you have to leave a message and even though it says they will call back in a timely fashion- 6 hours is not timely and costs the business money. Find another program that actually has someone who will answer the phone after they get your money. ...read more

I'm using Eagle Postal Oaklawn for years,Since they move down the street to Oak-lawn and Cedar Spring The service got better , David is very understanding and also give options of what is better and cheaper, Once package got delayed and he called UPS and make sure they refund my money.
