I own a local forklift repair service, and I have done business with Rick to get a few of my customers into newer Forklifts. This place will not stand behind their equipment or workmanship. During the 30 day warranty, good luck getting anything out of them. I just removed a cylinder head off of a customer's lift that was purchased from buy a lift 2 1/2 month ago.(Rick sold this lift as having a rebuilt motor. When I inspected it he told me the motor was just rebuilt.) This engine is completely worn out, the cylinders have pitting from rust in them and the pistons are vey loose which is causing piston slap and wear on the cylinders. The head bolts were pitted and stretched way beyond specs. The timing belt was cut in half, and the tensioner bearing is bad with flat spots on the roller. The timing belt cover was broken in many pieces. lots of missing bolts. I would not let these people do work on my lawn mower. Another customer of mine Bought a lift from him with a bad wiring harness. It took 2 month to get their lift back from Rick. When they got it back there were parts missing off of it.
