As a citizen, I was taught that the Police Dept. was there to protect and serve me. I found this to be a myth in my case. As I slept, two people entered my apartment without my knowledge or permission. They later found my car keys in my shorts and decided they could leave a note and take my car. While going through my shorts to get my car keys, they stumbled upon quite a bit of my cash and took it. They left my apartment with my keys, cash and car. They went and purchased a car with the cash on Harry Hines. I have the note that they "borrowed" my car, I have the proof I had the cash, his gf was arrested on another warrant and admitted to DPD that she knew that her bf stole the money. So unlawful entry, grand auto theft and burglary with all documentation was not enough to indict.....if the detective even had the grand jury or judge look at it. Folks wonder why citizens have to take the law into their own hands. Not me, my lawsuit will teach this city a lesson. ...read more

I've been shopping at C&G for a long time now. they have a great selection at really great prices. i wish they had all the stuff online that they have in store though. maybe in time! I have noticed that customers of police supply stores are never satisfied no matter how hard you try. You can give the discounts, fast service a great selection of products and it is never enough. That's why I don't give these online reviews much credibility. If they think it is so easy, open your own shop and then you can find out the truth about customers. ...read more
