Worst experience that I have ever had with a towing company. I plan on making sure that this information gets to other consumers. They confirmed that they would tow my car at 6:02 pm to the Kia dealership for warranty repairs, they sent an automated text at 7:46 pm to me stating that the car had been towed and that it was "complete". In the morning I called the Kia dealership and they stated that they did not have my car. I immediately reached out to Maria and she said that the car was at the dealership. Back and forth happened....finally Maria stated that the car was still there at Safari towing but that they needed a purchase order to transfer it to Kia. I called Kia and they confirmed that they had already sent that purchase order. Meanwhile, a friend drove past where my car broke down and confirmed that it had NOT BEEN TOWED AT ALL! When I called to notify Safari that I had found my car, a gentleman employee said that they called me and that I had told them that I no longer needed the tow. That did NOT happen. When I stated that Safari was incompetent, the male stated "If you are stranded on the side of the road, do not call us. Have a good day" I will do my best to ensure that no one does.
