I will never eat Golden Chick again! Food and customer service has been poor on and off at the Murphy store on 544, but recently I found out that one of the young female employees was raped by one of the cooks during business hours, and it was not the first time, nor was she the first one. It appears that the young man (the cook) was an illegal and the manager is protecting him and IS NOT cooperating with the police. He has "lost all video tapes"?????? Really??? I personally will not give my business to any company that defies the law like this and "refuses to support or assist his employee in seeking justice for such a crime"!!! Makes me question his integrity and business practices! Then I question the parent company for allowing someone like this to represent their company! This is disgusting and I hope the police are able to get all of the evidence they need for prosecution of all involved!!! Corporate needs to get involved! practices! Went to the Golden Chick on 3037 Mockingbird Ln and the guy who took my order told me the roasted chicken would be ready in 15 minutes. Then he said, no it will be ready in 10 minutes. When I pulled up to pay, the young lady about 12 minutes and I said I need an accurate time. The guy who took my order then came to the window and gave me another 15 minutes. Does anybody know what time I'm going to get my chicken? It went pass 22 minutes and really I don't want the chicken anymore! Pitiful and unprofessional! !!!!!! ...read more
