I am so glad that I found this rehab center, I owe them my life! Nurses, doctors and staff were very receptive to people’s need and the group’s offer great insight into the issues surrounding addiction and subsequent sobriety. They really did a great job at emphasizing the importance of a body and mind connection. During my stay I developed wonderful relationships which will live with me forever. The reason why I started "The Way Out," is I seen a huge need in the addiction community for individuals looking to find the appropriate treatment.The real unique thing about The Way Out replacement service side is that we're personalized, we're customized.I've done the research.I've visited most of these treatment centers and I have long-lasting relationships with the people that are involved.You don't have to go through as much bureaucracy as it is if you call admissions line, and you talk to maybe a call center or somebody else and you have really particular questions that person might not be able to answer.I have a wealth of knowledge about the treatment centers that I work with, uh, that allows me to give you that personalized service that, so you can really give what you need and what you are looking for um clearly, you know, uh those are things that frustrate people um, and, uh, those are obstacles that might inhibit someone from getting treatment.I have a form that someone fills out.It's very detailed.It gives me information that's accurate that I can use to match them up with 2 or 3 places generally, uh, that will get them the help that they need in a way that's effective and efficient.The really unique thing about the way out in the placement service side is that we're personalized, we're customized.I've done the research.I've visited most of these treatment centers and I have long-lasting relationships with the people that are involved.There's a huge need for a place that people can turn to that's informational, that has information about maybe the substance that their loved one's using, uh, the type of level care their thinking that that person needs.So I have a lot of information on there to educate that individual that might not even know what that person might need, as well as I have a detailed, comprehensive form that asks questions like uh, is there any legal issues, is there any health, chronic health conditions that are involved?Is treatment location important?Um, sometimes that's a barrier.Someone's looking for a particular place, uh, within their respective community.that they need to find services at.Are they willing to go outside of that, to get what they're asking for?And then call that individual that submitted that form.Because they need help now.They're in crisis, they need help.And they need to get to the level of care so they can start their journey to recovery.You know, there are people struggling with addiction right now that are gonna go on the Internet and they're going to type in the word 'drug rehab.'And they're going to get a list of places, some of them not relevant at all to what they're looking for, and then there's my service, "The Way Out."Where we take all that guesswork out of it. ...read more
