This place used to be good. Now, with this guy named Michael or Mike. This place became just a joke. I went to the store to buy coins today using my lunch break I say Hello as I enter the store as usual. This guy just glanced at me once but didn't even say Hello, but continue working on the coins. After waiting for few minutes, I had to ask for the price of the coin as this guy is keep working on coins in front of the customer still. Obviously this guy lacks customer service? This guy was keep asking what is the price over spot for the coin. Oh well, You tell me. This guy didn't give me the price but keep asking for what price over the spot. I gave him the offier. Suddenly from nowhere he asked me to leave the store for no apprarent reason but saying I don't feel good today. Oh well,If you have bad day, do not come to work. It was worst service that I received from this store. I hope the owner comes back soon and so that I don't need to deal with this jerk there. ...read more

I wished I had read the reviews that people wrote:( before I took my clock to these people my only problem with the clock..... not keeping time (to slow) First of all, the owner is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. He actually told me on the phone that "I was not his only customer" very condescending. took them a month and three weeks to even make a decision on whether or not the it was repairable? (the balance had to be 100% in order for it to be accurate, they tell me) the balance is the tic-er an inch size gear swinging back and forth it is in plain sight once you open the back. To make matters worse once they assured me that the balance was 100% and the clock could be repaired and function-able and accurate I was ok..... or so I thought. No communication from them I called them back two weeks later.. The owners says it was not ok... may or may not be able to fix it...? and they made the decision for me after I explicitly said DO NOT DO ANYTHING to the clock if there is a un repairable problem with it aka BAD BALANCE (the clock would not keep correct time with a bad balance)...what did they do...? First and foremost I just wanted the clock to be accurate and ON TIME. The owner told me they would not do any repair if they were unsure of any balance issues.....The owner tells me.. he may not be able to fix the clock (the balance) to make it keep time but he still planed to charge me full price for the work done...? Even if it did not keep time...? In my opinion that's not right . This is a clock shop? clocks are to be accurate?. not to mention they wanted $275 to do this so called fix. ...read more
