The people they have been here and look around dont know what they are getting into. From the front and a little ways back looks great! If you dont pay your rent on the 1st You will get eviction notice! If you cant pay till the 15th they will make You pay them $133 to evict You plus all the other charges the will come up with!!! The people who just drove through the park doesnt know what happens after theyve been here a while. They force mowed my yard just a day after it had been mowed!!!!! Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If you pay it on the 2nd of the month you get an eviction notice!!!
