I've lived here for nearly a year now, and can't wait to leave. The management staff is horrible. There is a daycare center right next to the complex, with kids screaming constantly. The pool is supposed to be shut down at night, but this and many other rules are not enforced. People are partying at night at the pool several days out of the week in the summer. Management has allowed kids to play in the parking lot. This is a huge issue here! A basketball goal has been put up in the parking lot, and these kids are all over the place! People are roaming the apartment complex at all hours of the night. We pay for trash disposal, and it piles up constantly at the dumpster. They even tried to fine the tenants $100 per bag for setting trash outside the full dumpster! I guess they expect us to let it pile up inside our apartment until the dumpster gets emptied. Ridiculous!!! Maintenance cannot fix any of my issues. Manager is always "away from her desk," and never returns calls. ...read more

The floorplan is nice. Thats it. The management and all of the workers here are absolutely terrible. They are rude everytime I ask for something. Whenever I did fill out a work form, it never got done. They forget everything. Everytime I asked for them to come spray for bugs, which they offered, they never came. They never fixed my crappy dishwasher. There is no light or fan in the guest so when I bought a fan, which they offered to put up, they didn't. Pretty much everything they promised on day one, even a good attitude from the workers, was a lie. The trash is always overflowing with bags. It is right next to a daycare so you constantly hear kids screaming all morning long. This place sucks and everyone who works there is rude. DONT GO THERE!!!!!! ...read more

I moved in about two months ago and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE them its so much space in the apartment for a GREAT price. Managers and workers are nice and I have had no problems with anything. It a quiet place at night with all ages living here, its a good choice to move here. ...read more
