I think it’s important for readers to understand who they’re doing business waith. With that said, I’ve worked for Cy-Fair Mechanical for several years now so I can provide each of you some insight. From a pricing perspective...not always the lowest dollar amount but always priced better than similar sized or larger companies. Typically when the pricing isn’t the lowest it’s because of a start up company or a company with less integrity (you can use your own imagination on this point). From a value point of view it doesn’t get better than Cy-Fair Mechanical. You’ll never overpay for the job. There are a lot of hidden, or not so clear aspects of each job that homeowners aren’t always aware of and can easily fall victim to. Too many to discuss but be aware of contractors cutting corners to maximize they’re profits. Cy-Fair Mechanical will not cut corners nor will you ever be taken advantage of by them. Quality & professionalism... there really aren’t many other companies that can compete. I promise you that they will not disappoint. The team that has been assembled is absolutely incredible and the heart of the ownership is second to none. They truly will treat you the way they want to be treated. By the way, if I haven’t mentioned it, I have put in my notice and regrettably will no longer be part of this phenomenal team. Personal reasons are forcing me to relocate. The reason I mention this is because now would be the time to talk mess or reveal ugly truths if there were any to reveal since I’m departing. There are none.
