They were BY FAR THE WORST pool service I have ever had. They charged me $170 and barely lasted 7 days and that was with constant phone calls and at the end my pool was exactly the same as when I first called them... still needing to be cleaned. They were rude beyond belief and the most unhelpful people in the business! I called to see what was going on with my pool and how much longer before it would be ready adn before I could even get the question out the owner gets on the phone and says that apparently he cant make me happy and because of that he would no longer be comming out and he would send me a full refund. I got a check in the mail for $42 because he says he came 3 times and was charging me weekly. He came out on a thursday and I had to call to see what had been done and they came out the following thursday which again I had to call cause the pool didnt look any different and still needed to be vaccumed out so they said they would come out Friday and I dont even know if they showed cause still there was no change in the pool. Even if you go off that last i checked thursday and friday fall in the same week which means I should have at least gotten back at least $85 although being that my pool was still dirty and had no change I think i should have gotten the full refund as I was told. After that they start screening your phone calls so they dont have to deal with you! I'd like to thank Frogâs Pool Service for coming out on such short notice and getting my hot tub up and running. Mark gave great operational tips on equipment. Frogs Pool Service is reliable, courteous, and professional. It's refreshing to have service we can totally depend on. I felt like I was respected, along with my money. All was reasonable. I was very pleased! I will use Frogâs for future upgrades and feel I can call them if I have questions or problems with what was done. Just want to say THANK YOU to Mark. We chose Frog’s Pool Service to fulfill our dream and we are glad we did. We were so impressed with Mark’s attention to detail and the courteous and respectful staff that were at our home during the project. Mark’s pool design, spa and fire pit are just what we had envisioned with little extras along the way to perfect them. Aside from the design we were excited about; one thing about Mark that stood apart from the other companies we had interviewed was his knowledge an explanation about the entire building of the pool process.
