I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at the moment..they have very very rude employees who mock and abuse people. Once a person calls the company they are then talking to these rude peope at the Copperas Cove Texas branch. The employees try and talk over you when you ask a question or questions they don't like..I thought they were supposed to be there to help get a bill paid,not tell you that your a crimmial,loser and so forth. What the ones I had to deal with doesn't know is while theysaid they recorded me I was also recording both my conversations.with them...I thank the supervior lady for cussing me,cos I have it one my recorder,on the second call she just tore the phone out of the young ladies hand to cuss me.
