After reading Rob's review, I have to wonder if he really felt like he was treated unprofessionally why he wouldn't talk with the owner of the business. I've known Phil for many years and he is willing to work with and for anyone. After a near fatal accident, I went to pick up my vehicle at this shop only to deal with a money hungry worker who was more concerned with charging me with an extra day of storage than helping me recover my destroyed vehicle. Mid-Tex Paint & Body Incorporated located at 906 W Highway 190, Copperas Cove, TX 76522, phone (254) 547-0641; by far is the worst 24 Hour Wrecker Service in town. I have lived in Cove for the past ten years, most of the time the service is very slow or the company worker cannot find your location even if your right in front of their face. Talking with the manager is a waist of time he is very stubborn, selfish, a liar, and unwilling to make any reasonable changes to help customers out. I am not saying don't use them if you have an emergency they will come eventually, but make sure they do not damage your vehicle because if this does happen their famous quote is "It was like that when we got it" so please take this note into consideration.
