Went to the car wash and paid 8 bucks for a wash and the wash didn't work. It barely sprayed any water. When I went to the office for a refund no one was there and I saw that several people had left a note about the same thing. I have tried calling but there is never anyone there. Very dissapointing with Sudsy's car services. It took my money for non-rendered services and there is no way to get in contact with anyone to find an answer. Good business are not scared to have a reliable point of contact!!!! ...read more

Sudsy's has no posted contact information for consumer complaints. On 06/09/09, I used my debit card for a $8.00 Super Wash. The machine was out of order. It did not rinse or blow dry my vehicle. I then used my debit card to purchase a $5.00 Deluxe Wash to obtain a rinse and blow dry. Although the rinse and blow dry cycle worked, there was no soap application. I searched dilligently for a number to call an attendant. There is none. I use Sudsy's often and have seen an attendant once in three-years.
