I have lived in this neighborhood for 4 yrs now. I like it. Uring most of he year it is mostly a quiet neighborhood. Durin the summer is when it gets a little crazy with kids in the streets and out late. I can imaging it is like that in most places when kids dont have bedtimes or a reason to wake up early. One time there was a sray dog hanging around, but othwr than that, there aren't any dogs just aimlessly running around. If there was, like the other review said, the pound is just a call away. I agree with another review, the streets are a bit narrower than usual, so come holiday time, streets are packed, especially when guests or family is over. Hoa had been a hassel for every litrle thing at one point while more important things seemed to be getting ignored, but they have improved. One review said 'lock your oors'. I think that is pretty much everywhere now, especially nicer neighborhoods, because they are being targeted. Summary: nice neighborhood to raise your children or not if you dont have any. I was wondering if anyone in the Dover neighborhood know when the pool opens? My family just moved to the neighborhood, and only experienced the closing of the pool not the opening. Also, we too have a lot of issues in the neighborhood, with speeding cars, and too many parked on the street, and people egging our house and cars.
