Victoria, the lady that runs this company is the worst, most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. Forget about the fact that she can not use correct grammar in her conversations or that she coughs directly in the phone when speaking to you, but she talks ill of her LPCs. Case in point, she said and I quote, "It would not surprise me if ______ (name withheld) did not miss her appointment as she has been known to miss appointments." She told me (a client) this. If you are thinking about working for this company....DON'T. I had my child's counselor not show up for a session. I finally called the office 45 min. later and told Victoria that the counselor had not shown up. She made up this incredible lie that just snowballed. She was explaining that she didn't know why the counselor had not shown up even though she knew full well that she had a fight with her new LPC and the girl quit. The LPC obviously could not put up with her personality. Then Victoria said she was going to get in her car and go looking for the girl to see if she had a accident and that she would call me. She never called me back. I called her the next morning and she said that she had forgot to call me. Ok, so let me get this straight, you know I'm waiting to hear from you and you forget to call? Then you make up this elaborate lie about the LPC getting into a bad wreck on a main road by your office, but you couldn't remember the name of the main road even though you are from here. You then say that she is going to have to get a new car because the one she was driving was wrecked. Then you said she was in the hospital and kept overnight. You even said that the man who hit her in the wreck was arrested. There is just one problem, there were no accidents that fit your description that were recorded with DPS, police department, sheriff's department or any other law enforcement agency, there was no one listed in the Conroe or The Woodlands hospitals by the name of the LPC either. The truth is she either quit or you fired her because you can't get along with anyone obviously. In my recent contact with Mr. Gutierrez, I found him to be very professional and keeping to the standards and practices of his profession, yet he possesses a quality of that most LPC's do not or have chosen to subdue when dealing with their patients. His level of really caring not just for the patient but the family members who are trying to support the patient, understanding their feelings and keeping confidence in them as well. I would recommend him to those individuals who want help but are not sure of putting their trust in someone other than themselves. He has an ease to his personality that when your conversation is done that you are left feeling you have accomplished in putting yourself where you need to be in line with the plan that is tried and true. ...read more
