I think my wrecker driver was arguing with his girlfriend and my bumper was cracked in half when my car was being put up in the wrecker. I just didn't know what to say and now the owner of this company denied that my bumper was damaged. I refused to sign a ticket until I got a copy of the insurance for the tow truck and an argument began and then I called Montgomery County Sheriff's office and the officer took a report and made the tow truck put my car in my driveway and leave giving him An order to not come back to my house. I got a call TODAY from the sheriffs office that told a video was located from the parking lot where I broke down that shows me and my front bumper in wxcellent detail and has marked the time stamp where the bumper was cracked and also shows the driver on the phone from a point of view which I couldn't see at all. I called my insurance company tonight and made a claim and will wait and see what happens next but I don't encourage anyone to use this company. They have been rude and had utterly ignorant things to say to me in as so much these fool's actually called me a liar. Something they will regret when all this is over. ...read more

Driver was absolutely disrespectful to me. He insisted we have our car (which was totaled) hauled to the storage lot instead of our house. When we would not agree and was questioning the prices (he demanded cash payment on the spot instead of billing the insurance company, as he would have if he took it to storage), he informed me since it was a problem, he would haul it to storage. I asked him to drop the vehicle and he refused. He tried to get in his truck to leave and I have to block him from shutting the door and demand he haul the truck to our house.
