I went in to see Dr. Ibrahim for a well women's exam. The nurse was very cordial in the office, but when I called a few days later in regards to a mix-up with my prescription (they gave me refills for the wrong birth control) the same nurse was unbelievably rude, and hung up on me twice while I was still speaking! I then had to call them again because the prescription had not been calked in to my pharmacy. I can't believe I was treated so well in-office, but like an idiot on the phone. I will go see Dr. Ibrahim again, but rest assured that if I am treated so poorly again I will not be going back. ...read more

I am going back with my second pregnancy to Dr. Ibrahim. She delivered my first baby who is now 2 years old. I had such a wonderful experience the first time that I can't wait to go back to her office where I consider them professionals but also treated like family. ...read more

I went to this doctor with a personal issue I was very scared about. They were very nice and understanding when I made the appointment. When I got there, the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I did have to fill out a lot of paperwork that ask a lot of personal information and they made me feel very comfortable about answering them. When in the exam room the nurse made me instantly feel like I had someone I could talk to. Once I had changed my clothes, I did not sit there more than two or three minutes before Doctor came in. During the exam, the doctor and nurse made it better by being very concerned about my comfort and calming my fears. Luckily nothing to worry about and I left laughing!! I WILL be going back to them with ANY of my OBGYN needs. ...read more
