I recently visited this place after not stopping by in years and I was very impressed! You can see the improvement in this place from the way it was before. The building may be old but they are working very well with it. The staff is great and very helpful! They are very welcoming and cheerful. It's looks great but not run by management very well. They force their employees to work 16-24 hour shifts with no regard for the employees or residents safety. Have lived here going on 4 years now and we like it very much. The "home like" atmosphere is difficult to find in an apartment complex. The "one floor living" is hard to beat --- we certainly don't miss the elevators where we have lived before coming to Oak Haven. It is hard to overstate the benefits of the location convenience that Oak Haven brings to the quality of Senior living.. We are literally just minutes from medical facilities, shopping of all types, a myriad of restaurants, etc. Don't just sit there reading this review - get on the waiting list for an apartment at Oak Haven!
