Champion pool is a company purchased by Moses, previously know as Aqua Tech Pools. We have had too many problems to list with our pool since it was installed almost 3 years ago. Moses claimed he would work with us after her purchased this company, but we learned he had no more interest in fixing our problems then the previous owner did. We spent the money last year to have a new cleaner put in our "new pool" with Champion Pool...we had issues with the new cleaner since day one, and Champion Pool would not come out and fix the new system. Now they tell us the one year warranty is over on our new Polaris Cleaner system. This after calls and complaints since the day the cleaner system was installed. If you are looking at having a pool built, take the time to find a company that has a history of good customer service and a company that backs their work. Champion pool was previously Aqua Tech pools....Moses purchased the company after our pool was built. I understand that Moses was not the person that built our pool, but when you purchase an existing company you have to deal with the issues of the previous owner. We have paid Champion Pool to install a new cleaner system (less then 3 year old pool) on our pool and they have not stood behind their work. Not only does Champion Pool not back the work done by the company they purchased, they do not back their own work. Every issue we have had with Champion Pool has taken many many calls to even get a visit to our home to see what the problem was. Called for service on my hot tub and gave all the info needed for the service call and was told Rick would be calling me to let me know when he was coming. Never heard a word for a month so I called the Co. that recommended them and told them about this and they apologized and called another co. for me. That service co. came within a week and fixed my tub and were very happy to get the business. Would not recommend this co. for service work or customer respect. ...read more
