Boo to the 1 star guy who sounds a bit arrogant to me! And opinionated as well. Sticking ones head in the dirt misses out on good opportunities. Stephen knows what he's talking about and he doesn't charge for his knowledge. He has also trained his staff well. I have been to doctors and bought several pairs of doctor prescribed, expensive shoes. They were ugly and they never helped. I'll never go anywhere else for my shoes. I don't go often because the shoes last so long and I'm always happy with them. I returned a pair once after I had worn them a while due to a defect and they had no problem exchanging them for me. I never liked purchasing shoes. None every felt comfortable. It was nice to finally be correctly fitted and find out that using correct arches, etc. would make all the difference. Too many shoes today are ruining people's feet. And it's unfortunate that the review below with the one start didn't appreciate the owner trying to help make their life more enjoyable and fulfilling.
