This person should not be working with customers, much less doing their taxes. This is my second yr and my last. She was very late doing the taxes and left some items off my tax return. When I finally did get my taxes signed off, I waited for over 3 weeks for the direct deposite and it never came. When I called this person, I was told it would be mailed out and said it was because of the IRS ???? Then I just asked about being charged for direct deposite and she ate my head off and told me not to ever come back. She doesn't have to worry about that!! I will not be back, and I've told other's about this and they won't be back. She charged me $213.00 for SHORT FORM AND this wonderful service!! . I do not recommend anyone using her!!! ...read more
