I called the Brownwood, TX office and inquired about cleaning the interior of a house after an estate sale. The employee, David, said that they do not normally do that kind of cleaning. However, after looking at their website they advertised carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and deoderizing. If I was already having trouble about inquiring about services on the phone, I don't even want to deal with them.
