Finally a real estate broker that I actually enjoyed working with. This broker had access and knowledge of all the properties, and was willing to spend the time to find me the right property. It's a great help to have someone who knows about all the properties, and has the experience and knowledge that helps the buyer find that special property and then negotiate the best price. It's rare these days to find someone that's willing to provide that extra service in taking whatever time is necessary to help you, someone that really cares. And what really is surprising that as a buyer's broker they don't charge any fees or commissions to buyers like me. Nothing, no costs to me or any other buyer, as all fees are paid by the Seller of the property. They explained to me how a buyers agent has more loyalty and duty to the buyer, where as a seller's agent works for the seller and tries to get the seller the highest price and has more loyalty to the seller.
