This service deserves a zero star rating. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. These people will get you more money by making false claims but it will come back to haunt you eventually. It's better to stay on the safe side and get back the income tax return you're entitled to rather than risking it and having to pay back the IRS money and possibly fines for making false claims. I haven't used their services but I know several people that go to this place. There's no playing games with the IRS so don't risk it. ...read more

We have go to them for the last 3 years. Each year we assume it wont happen again, but it does. They close and don't call you. So you may drive an hour to get there to find out they simply took the day off..."family emergency".\t\n\t\nYou may get a phone call telling you not to spend your check, after you have signed and sent off your packet. Worse yet, booked a trip based on that return. Then have to pay some of it back, because they claim they received a software update at the end of tax season. Are they serious?!? ...read more
