I had an appointment and was sat down and told to drop off my paperwork and they will let me know about my taxes by the end of the buisness day, I was a little leary of this but did it anyway because they were doing a second look for me. Well guess what? No call ever came so I followed up and called around 5:30pm to find out the tax professional went home. The managers excuse was they were busy, fine. So I call the following day and the tax professional was not even due to come in! I spoke with the manager again at that point only to get attitude and to be rushed off the phone, like really where is my paperwork and why am I being treated as if I did not make an appointment like everyone else? ...read more
