As to reguards to posing on someones merchant cicle about a past due bill... the more professional way is to let the company know if they have a past due bill. I had this company install gutters and they were not put on correctly, when it rains it pours between the house and the gutter. I have called repeatedly for 2 months for them to come and fix their job. They will tell you they will be out and it has been 2 months and still have not came to repair.
