I contracted Diane's Dirt and Landscaping to prepare and sod my front yard with Palmetto St. Augustine. There were a total of 8 pallets needed. What was delivered and placed in my yard were 7 pallets of Palmetto and 1 brown sod pallet, it looks like Bermuda. I called Mike at the 'Grass Outrlet' and he was not willing (reacted defensively) to make good on the sale of 8 pallets, the 1 pallet was cominged on my yard where you can easily see the different live, dead and non Palmetto Brown sod. Beware, if you intend to buy from this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone who cares about what they get for their money. The company (Mike) has said someone would come out and look. If it is a reputable Co. they will make good on their sale for all Palmetto sod.
