Sondra Lieder - Personal Trainer, CSCS, NASM-CPT

5.0

By LaurSal at Citysearch

If found Sondra through her website and after meeting with her, I knew she was serious about getting me where I wanted to be. I met with Sondra about two times a week for a few months and had incredible results! My workouts with Sondra consisted of new excercises each time and it was never boring. The best part about working out with Sondra is that she is a combo deal; she helps you with nutrition and fitness. Though I've stopped going every week, I still go to Sondra from time to time. I will continue to go to her and would advise anyone else to do the same! ...read more

I never had the feeling that I was being sold, but rather I had the comfort of knowing that my hearing loss was the primary concern of Dr. Hutchison. She spent time to explain my hearing test and provided me with various options to match the right hearing aid with my lifestyle. ...read more

By Lauren314 at Citysearch

After moving to Texas and gaining a little weight from too much queso and beer, I decided to seek out a personal trainer. I was fortunate enough to find and work with Sondra, and I saw amazing results! She challenged me and varied my workouts so they were always fun and interesting. Sondra is extremely dedicated to her profession and has a very genuine interest in your success. She motivated me to work hard not only at my fitness goals, but diet goals as well. I can't recommend her highly enough! ...read more

Job Placement Specialist Position Description

Job Placement Specialist Position Description The Job Placement Specialist supplies the necessary assistance or training for the consumer to conduct the job search and/or be placed in competitive employment, and then maintain the employment for 90 days.  This is a highly independent position that requires excellent skills in written and verbal communication, problem solving, marketing and effective time management. The role of the Job Placement Specialist is to teach the consumer the skills or assist the consumer in executing the skills necessary to conduct the job search and/or be placed in competitive employment, and then maintain the employment for 90 days.  The Job Placement Specialist provides as much or as little assistance or training that the consumer needs to achieve the employment goal outlined in the DARS3431 – Job Placement Services - Plan. The Job Placement Specialist verifies the consumer performance at work, assisting the consumer to address any barriers that may affect his/her employment. This verification can take place at or away from the worksite, but it is a best practice to meet the consumer routinely face-to-face. The Job Placement Specialist does not provide Job Coaching, but may assist the consumer in advocating needs to the employer or VR counselor. If Job Coaching is identified as a need for the consumer, the VR Counselor will set up the Job Coaching services as a separate service for the consumer. ...read more
