Several months ago I signed up for the nurse aide test at Roanoke Chowan Community college, but it was cancelled due to rain. Since I was moving to CA, I asked for a refund of my $100, but it took several calls until someone agreed to provide it. I never saw the refund but got a notice to show up in NORTH CAROLINA (after moving to CA three months before) on Feb. 5 2011 for a test!! SO I FLEW BACK TO NORTH CAROLINA, AND THE TEST WAS CANCELLED AGAIN DUE TO SNOW IN TEXAS!!! Then, I got a call to show up again a week later in NORTH CAROLINA, and did so, but when I got to the testing site, the administrator said I was not on her list, and would not let me take the test, saying she had only enough copies for those who were there, except me!!! If this is excellence, I'd hate to see incompetence!!
