Do not work here....EVER! As noneofyourbswax said, this place is truly the devil. They have placed me under investigation by the state two times because one of the staff didn't like me. The clients loved me because I tried to get them out of the house for a change but DRACO will try to get you on the abuse neglect registry for that. F*** me right? The managers are about as bright as the clients. I have worked in this field for 5 years for numerous companies and Draco is by far the worst! ...read more

DON'T EVER WORK HERE!!!! THE MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS AND MOST OF THE STAFF IS BY FAR THE LAZIEST, RUDEST, AND MOST ANNOYING I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. I HAVE WORKED FOR MANY COMPANIES AND EMPLOYERS BUT THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST. A LOT OF THE STAFF WERE BEYOND RUDE. THE TWO PEOPLE I HAVE RESPECT FOR IS O.D. AND THE HEAD RN I THINK HER NAME IS LISA. EVERYONE ELSE WAS WORTHLESS. ESPECIALLY THE HOUSE MANAGERS. I AM WARNING YOU DON'T APPLY. THE PAY SUCKS AND THE MANAGERS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. MOST OF THE MANAGERS DON'T EVEN HAVE A MEDICAL LICENSE YET THEY UPDATE AND DO CHANGES ON THE MAR!!! MY MANAGER TOLD ME TO USE ANOTHER RESIDENTS FACE CREAM ON ANOTHER ROOMMATE(WHO HAS HERPES) BECAUSE THE ROOMMATE RAN OUT. THAT HAS TO NOT ONLY BE DANGEROUS BUT ILLEGAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ...read more

Job Placement Specialist Position Description

Job Placement Specialist Position Description The Job Placement Specialist supplies the necessary assistance or training for the consumer to conduct the job search and/or be placed in competitive employment, and then maintain the employment for 90 days.  This is a highly independent position that requires excellent skills in written and verbal communication, problem solving, marketing and effective time management. The role of the Job Placement Specialist is to teach the consumer the skills or assist the consumer in executing the skills necessary to conduct the job search and/or be placed in competitive employment, and then maintain the employment for 90 days.  The Job Placement Specialist provides as much or as little assistance or training that the consumer needs to achieve the employment goal outlined in the DARS3431 – Job Placement Services - Plan. The Job Placement Specialist verifies the consumer performance at work, assisting the consumer to address any barriers that may affect his/her employment.
