No stars! This place is awful! Crappy quality, crappy service, etc. All smoke and mirrors. Run, don't walk, the other way. They have doors on the floor that are "available" except when you want to buy them. They say "we can order more" but then it's more than double the price! When I needed a whole house of interior and exterior doors, which would have been well over $10k, they wouldn't quote me. I requested the same quote on doors at least 5 times over 4+ months. The only person that quote is apparently someone named Don Byer. He lied after 3 months and said he had pneumonia. Well, I went to the store a good 4 times in these 3 months and he was "on site" just with others and couldn't help me. When I asked if he had gotten over his 3 months of pneumonia he told me that he didn't want my business. I'm part of an organization that sends care packages overseas to deployed soldiers, and we were finding that a lot of our boxes weren't staying closed and some of the contents would either spill out or become contaminated. They ordered the wrong product and wanted to deliver it like that. My order ended up taking 5 months to be delivered. Framing was broken! No follow-up, their in-house staining turned out defective and the owner refused to fix it. Paid retail price for an inferior product. The owner has no business sense. ...read more

I had a front door which required replacement and this company provided me with the level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism that one requires when working with and paying for service providers. Don, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the entire process from start to finish and answered all my concerns to complete satisfaction�and most importantly followed through as explained. I have moved to austin and have had nothing but problems with the billing with this company. The agents there are very unfamiluar with the systems and do not have customer service skills. The agents talk over you and will hang up on you. The supervisors do not call back and they lie for their agents. I was offerd a position to work for the company but i turned down the position because of everything that i had gone through with the company i refused to work with a company that robs their customers. I am moving outside of Austin to get away from this company, the gas prices are enough to deal with let alone dealing with a monopolizing company such as Austin Energy. ...read more

We contracted with Titan Siding, Windows & Exteriors on several projects. The initial project was to do a full replacement of our windows on our house on Lake Travis. They replaced all 36 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. Mike didn't only provide a very detailed and professional quote, but consulted us on the best window configuration for our house. We could not have been more pleased with his work and the work of the on-site crews. They were timely, professional, competitively priced and always ensured we were satisfied with customer service. Jamie, the front-end manager at the store located at 7900 N FM 620, was absolutely awful!!! She was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the general manager, she said "I only see him once per month." When I asked for the regional manager, she said that they "didn't have one."
