Auto Flex Leasing

Be careful with Autoflex leasing and read the fine print of your lease and don't trust the lease rep. I was a repeat customer who was told that Autoflex was paying my first lease payment only to find out later that it was simply postponed. After going to management, they became belligerent and rude. I was later told that that incentive was for newly referred customers only. Now, 4 years later, I'm finding out that my lease from Autoflex/Wells Fargo has a clause about purchasing the car for the higher amount of either the residual value or RETAIL black book value which was not what my lease rep told me.
