What a trip. Flew into Austin for the 2013 Grand Prix. when our flights were severely delayed, Jeffrey volunteered to come pick us up at the airport at midnight, and then brought us to the RV and spent over an hour showing us how to use it. He was tired I am sure, but we never noticed, he kept the same pleasant demeanor throughout the process. Each time we had questions during our week stay we were able to call him on his cell or send him text and we were always responded to within minutes if not sooner. The RV was immaculate and ran wonderfully. We will be back next year for the same Southern Hospitality we have now come to expect from Jeffrey and his employees. ...read more
