STAY WAY unless you want to waste you time, money and life! This is the worst school in Austin. It is a front for a poorly run rip off joint for parent of teenagers needing to learn to drive. They classes are poorly run, taught and managed. The driving hours are inconvenient and impossible to schedule. They loose your paperwork, don't write things down that they tell you. Have substitues who mess up the rosters and they say they will get fixed then you end you redoing lessons for no reason because of their incompetence.We were told all his classes and driving lessons were complete until we went to pick up the paperwork then "poof" lessons were missing that were already made up. The manager Mr Varnell is rude and NOT helpful in anyway. They obviously doesn't understand the concept of customer service or running a business. The only reason they are still in business is because they DUPE parents in to thinking things are easy and they will take care of everything. ...read more
