Christina and Joe from the Heart of Texas was very courteous and understood my needs. They helped me and really took the time to listen to me and walk me thru the process. Started the process of cremating a loved one on April 30th, waited over a week and called for a status update. They blamed the hospital for not submitting the needed paperwork. Called a director with the hospital and explained the situtaion, was assured that the paperwork had been provided.
