These people are very non-professional, rude, and worse than useless! I had some business with them over a car they repossessed, and they were nothing but a fly in the ointment. 29.9% interest? These people are very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I went in to get a title loan the girl walked out and told me she couldnt do the loan and i asked her why she said because i don't feel like doing the loan on the dirty car. I just looked at her and asked to speak with her manager. She said I am the manager. I argued with her and told her that the car was only a little dirty and she told me to go wash it and come back then she will be able to loan me more money. i asked for the interest rate and what documents were required and she gave me a long list . I left to go wash my car and drove past a Texas Car Title and Payday loan Services. I went in to the store everyone in there was courteous and professional and eager to help me. The did not care that the car needed to be washed.
